At Isla & White, each piece is exclusively crafted upon order in our atelier in the Dominican Republic. This meticulous process ensures that every item meets our highest standards of quality and uniqueness, tailored specifically for you.

Occasionally, this commitment to craftsmanship may result in variations in delivery times, which we understand can be inconvenient.

All orders are shipped form the Dominican Republic via our affiliate courier UPS.

Returns For Full Priced Items:

All sales are final. There are no refunds. We only accept size exchanges or store credit. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be charged to customers outside of Dominican Republic.

Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside their respective period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed.

All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned. Isla & White will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items on return shipping. We suggest items are sent back by registered post with tracking.

Returns For Sale Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any Sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty. We are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
