Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders are shipped using DHL express service. Once your order is shipped we will provide you with a tracking number. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL. The merchandise is insured with DHL during the transit time until the goods are delivered to the specific address of the customer, at which point responsibility of the purchased goods passes to you. If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as practically possible. All delivery time-frames stated are estimated and may be subject to change. Please note, for International deliveries, local import duties and charges may apply.

Returns and Exchanges

Full Priced Items

All sales are final. There are no refunds. We only accept size exchanges or credits. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be charged to customers outside of Dominican Republic.

Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside their respective period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed.

All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned. Isla & White will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items on return shipping. We suggest items are sent back by registered post with tracking. How to return an item.

Sale Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any Sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty. We are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
